Where We Work

We're based on the south coast and work north through the M3 corridor and up towards the M25. Below is the honest version — the areas we cover routinely, the ones we reach for planned work, and how to find out quickly whether we can get to you.

Ask Before You Assume

Drainage coverage is not a neat circle on a map. What actually decides whether we can help is the type of job and when you need it: an emergency needs a van that can be with you quickly, while a CCTV survey or a planned jetting visit can be scheduled for a day we're already working in your area.

So the list below is grouped by how we work rather than by county lines. If your town isn't named, it's still worth a call — we're often nearer than the list suggests, and if we genuinely can't reach you we'll say so on the phone rather than sending someone on a long drive to tell you in person.

Core Coverage

Dorset & the South Coast

Our home patch. Emergency response here is same-day and usually within hours.

Postcode areas: BH, and the western edge of SO.

The M3 Corridor

Hampshire, Surrey & Berkshire

Routinely worked. Emergency attendance depends on where the vans are that day — we'll give you a realistic time on the phone, not an optimistic one.

Postcode areas: SO, PO, SP, RG, GU.

North of the Corridor

Thames Valley to St Albans

Reached regularly for planned and commercial work. Emergencies here are booked rather than promised — ask and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.

Postcode areas: SL, TW, HP, WD, AL.

Build note — delete before launch. Three things to settle with Sam before this page is published. First, the town lists above are drawn from the stated Bournemouth-to-St Albans and M3 footprint — have him strike out anywhere he would not actually send a van. Second, the response wording is deliberately graded (same-day on the coast, realistic times in the corridor, booked further north) because a 24/7 emergency promise across a 120-mile span is not credible from one base and a commercial customer will hold you to it. Third, London is not listed: the Google Ads plan holds it back over ULEZ and competition, so decide whether it is genuinely covered before someone in Hounslow calls expecting a van.
How It Works

What Decides Whether We Can Reach You

How urgent it is

Sewage backing up needs a van now, and that is largely a question of distance. A recurring slow drain can wait for a day we are already nearby, which widens the area considerably.

What the job needs

Jetting and CCTV need specific kit on board. If the right van is already working your side of the patch, a job that looked marginal becomes straightforward.

Whether it's a one-off

Commercial sites on a maintenance schedule are worked into a route. That is why we cover further north for contracts than we do for one-off emergency call-outs.

FAQs

Common Questions

My town isn't listed — do you cover it?

Quite possibly. The list names the places we work most often, not the limit of where we will go. Call with your postcode and we will tell you straight away whether we can help, and roughly when.

Do you charge extra for travel?

There is no call-out fee anywhere we cover — you pay for the work, not the visit. The price is agreed on site before anything starts, so there is no separate mileage charge appearing on the invoice afterwards.

How quickly can you get to me?

On the Dorset coast, usually the same day and often within a few hours. Further up the corridor it depends where the vans are that day. We would rather give you a realistic time on the phone than a comforting one that we miss.

Do you cover this whole area 24/7?

The phone is answered around the clock wherever you are. What varies is how fast someone can physically reach you overnight, which is a different question — ask when you call and we will tell you what is actually possible.

Do you work outside this area for commercial contracts?

Sometimes. Scheduled work is planned into a route rather than dispatched from cold, so the practical range for maintenance contracts is wider than for emergencies. Worth asking if you have multiple sites.

Not Sure If We Cover You?

Call with your postcode and you'll get a straight answer in under a minute — including if the answer is no.
